Before jumping into all things birth, you’ll start the program by getting up close and uncomfortable with your personal biases.

You can have all the passion in the world, but if you’re bringing your baggage into the birth room, you simply won’t be serving women (no matter how hard you try).     This program is (more than) everything you need to THRIVE as a brand-new doula with zero prior experience.

  • You will have the opportunity to submit your work for certification, but just so we’re transparent… you don’t “need” a certification to work as a doula in the United States (or most of the world).

  • There is no right answer here. Most of the time commitment will be towards growing your business. A safe estimate for keeping up with the pace of the program is 10 hours per week (or 1.5 hours per day).

    Are we expecting you to put in that many hours? Of course not! Remember, you have lifetime access to all the course material.

    Many of our past students were juggling motherhood, homeschooling, and full-time jobs… and loved the program!

  • You’ll get Kyleigh’s eyes and ears on whatever you’re working on weekly during the group mentorship calls!

  • We opened Birthworker Academy in 2022 and we’ve already had over 300 students complete the program!

    Our goal is to train 1000 kickass doulas by the end of 2023.

  • Absolutely not. After 12 months, the support and coaching aspects will come to an end. However, you will keep access to a portal full of trainings and resources.

    We know a lot of doula programs out there limit your access to the content, but honestly, that doesn't sit right with me.

    The program content is yours to keep for LIFE, even after your 12 months of live support wrap-up.

  • While there may be times you want to prioritize showing up to the calls live to talk back and forth with me (or another mentor) about your specific questions, you will still be able to get support if you can’t attend live!

    You’ll be able to pre-submit questions before the calls (even if you aren’t able to attend). All calls will be uploaded to our private student area with time-stamps to make finding the answer you need easy-peasy.

  • Due to the high level of support we offer inside the program, we do not offer refunds or early cancellations.
